MUST HAVE AT LEAST THREE YEARS EXPERIENCE

The ideal Sales and Leasing Consultant will:
- Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
- Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology
- Test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features
- Complete quotes and explain financing options
- Follow up with prospective customers and return emails / voicemails / texts
- Support on-line customers by setting appointments
- Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads
- Must be outgoing and motivated
- The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed
- Cadillac sales experience a plus!

Qualifications:
- Automotive sales background
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Basic understanding of automotive sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent
