Do you have a knack for making feet feel fantastic? We're on the hunt for a Medical Pedicurist Extraordinaire who can turn tired toes into happy feet. Specializing in medical pedicures, you'll be the go-to guru for all things foot health, helping our guests step out with confidence and style.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foot TLC: Perform magical medical pedicures that tackle calluses, corns, fungal infections, and ingrown toenails like a pro.
- Foot Whisperer: Assess guests' feet with a keen eye, identifying health issues and providing top-notch treatments and advice.
- Clean Queen/King: Keep your workspace sparkling clean and sanitary, following all safety and health guidelines.
- Foot Educator: Share your foot care wisdom with guests, helping them maintain their feet in tip-top shape.
- Team Player: Work alongside other healthcare professionals, like podiatrists, to provide holistic care when needed.
- Trendsetter: Stay in the know about the latest foot care trends, techniques, and tools.
- Guest Delight: Create a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere where guests feel pampered and valued.
- Record Keeper: Maintain accurate records of treatments and guest progress.
Qualifications:
- Certification in Pedicures or a related field from an accredited institution and licensed in the state of MD
- Extra brownie points for additional certification or training in medical pedicures or podiatry.
- Proven experience as a pedicurist, with a knack for medical pedicures.
- Deep knowledge of foot anatomy, common foot conditions, and effective treatments.
- Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Professionalism and a genuine commitment to guest care.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for promoting foot health and wellness.
