Job Description:
More Than Words | Speech-Feeding-Lactation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing team at our North Phoenix clinic. The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality occupational therapy services to pediatric clients with a variety of developmental, sensory, motor, feeding, and self-care needs.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy treatment services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Document client progress, treatment activities, and outcomes in a timely manner.
- Collect and report data regarding client performance and progress toward goals.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and families to support client success.
- Assist with home program education and carryover activities.
- Maintain compliance with state regulations, professional standards, and clinic policies.
Qualifications:
Certification: Valid Arizona Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.
Education: Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Experience: At least 1 year of pediatric experience preferred.
Technological Proficiency: Comfortable with electronic documentation systems and basic computer skills.
Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with children and families while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Pay:
Starting at $28.00-$36.00 per hour DOE, guaranteed 40 hours per week for full-time employees, with weekly productivity bonuses available.
