ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a sales role — and a meaningful one. As our Treatment Coordinator, your primary metric is case acceptance. You'll meet with patients one-on-one, educate them on their treatment options, handle objections, and guide them to a confident yes. You'll be the highest-impact revenue touchpoint in the practice.
You don't need to be pushy — you need to be persuasive through clarity. Our patients want to say yes. Your job is to give them the information, confidence, and trust to do it.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Own the full consultation experience — from first contact to signed treatment agreement
- Present treatment plans and financial options clearly; convert consultations to starts
- Handle objections around cost, timing, and treatment type with confidence
- Follow up on pending and undecided cases to maximize conversion rate
- Educate patients on orthodontic and airway health benefits to build urgency and value
- Manage scheduling, insurance verification, and financial arrangements with precision
- Partner with the clinical team for seamless care transitions and a cohesive patient experience
