This position pays an hourly wage plus Commission and Bonus's based on production.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, telemarketing campaigns, and community outreach initiatives.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Excellent in customer service, and communication skills to build trust and close sales.
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets a plus.
- Strong analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
- Proficiency in sales administration tools and CRM systems for managing client information efficiently.
- Knowledge of marketing techniques to promote insurance products actively and creatively.
Qualifications
Licensed in Property and Casualty for the State of Missouri, or able to obtain.
Proficient in social media, word and excel is a plus
Must have high school diploma or GED
Must be able to pass a background check
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
