We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee supervisory visits for our members within the Gainesville, GA and surrounding area.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments during supervisory visits, including vital signs, physiological evaluations, and medical history reviews.
- Oversee and guide nursing staff in delivering safe, effective care aligned with hospital protocols and best practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining confidentiality of medical records and sensitive information.
- Perform discharge planning, case management, and diagnostic evaluations to facilitate seamless transitions of care across inpatient, outpatient, and post-acute settings.
- Monitor patient progress through ongoing evaluation of symptoms, response to treatment, and overall health status.
- Document all clinical activities accurately in medical records while adhering to hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Valid RN license with current registration in the state of practice.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical records documentation standards.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and patients alike.
