This role serves as a project and program leader within the Connected Living Solutions (CLS) organization, reporting to the PMO Leader and acting as a strategic and operational partner to the leadership team.
The Project Manager V drives execution of strategic initiatives through standardized project management methodologies, strong governance, and cross-functional alignment. This role ensures delivery against business objectives, including revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
Project / Program Leadership
- Lead a portfolio of cross-functional programs and projects
- Accountable for project scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality
- Define project objectives, timelines, and success metrics in alignment with business goals
- Monitor and control program performance; escalate risks and drive mitigation actions
- Lead delivery of initiatives, ensuring measurable business outcomes

Strategic Planning & Business Operations
- Take direction from and partner with the PMO Leader and leadership team to drive execution of key business priorities
- Prepare executive-level communications, including reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Facilitate leadership cadence, including operating reviews and governance forums

Cross-Functional Leadership
- Drive alignment across Product Management, Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Business Development
- Influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization without direct authority
- Lead cross-functional problem solving and decision-making sessions
- Act as a liaison between leadership and key stakeholders to ensure execution of decisions

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and execution
- Drive adoption of Lean / TEOA principles and project management best practices
- Lead initiatives to improve PMO maturity, tools, and ways of working
- Support change management and transformation initiatives
