The Crossings Homeowners Association is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Residential Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and long-term management of a large, established community in Miami, Florida.
This position reports directly to the Board of Directors and requires a strong leader capable of managing staff, coordinating vendors, and ensuring that all aspects of the community are maintained to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HOA property management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of community operations, including maintenance, administration, and resident relations
- Supervise onsite staff and coordinate work with vendors and service providers
- Ensure compliance with governing documents, policies, and applicable laws
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates to the Board of Directors
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and support financial planning efforts
- Address homeowner inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Respond to emergencies and operational needs as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Homeowners Association (HOA) property management (Required)
- Minimum 5+ years in a leadership role, with demonstrated team management success
- Active Florida CAM License (Required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Required)
- Strong customer service, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn property management software systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist as needed
Schedule
- Full-time, salaried position (Exempt)
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for operational demands and emergencies
Pay & Benefits
- Starting salary at $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience
