As an Outside Sales Representative, you will lead in-home design consultations with pre-qualified homeowners, delivering luxury transformations with a focus on one-call closing.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct 8 to 12 in-home design consultations per week using company-provided leads.
- Deliver a high-impact, proprietary sales presentation that highlights our superiorworkmanship and materials.
- Navigate complex design needs—including accessibility and aesthetic upgrades to provide immediate pricing and close deals on-site.
- Participate in weekly high-performance sales coaching and strategy sessions.
- Manage a flexible schedule that includes evenings and Saturdays to accommodate homeowner availability.
What You’ll Need
- Closing Instinct: A proven track record in high-ticket, one-call close environments (Home Improvement experience preferred).
- Exceptional Presence: Highly articulate and persuasive with the ability to build instant rapport with luxury clientele.
- Self-Discipline: The hunger to manage a busy "on the road" schedule independently.
- Reliability: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel within the market daily.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools for design presentations and contract processing.
