We are seeking a full-time physician for a combined clinical and Facility Medical Director role in the Syracuse, NY area.
This position includes Facility Medical Director responsibilities at two facilities, along with attending physician duties across three facilities total. The facilities include two skilled nursing facilities and one 40-bed nursing facility serving long-term care residents.
Because this role includes required medical director responsibilities, the expected clinical volume is lower than a standard full-time attending role, approximately 16 patients per day. The physician will provide high-quality care to post-acute and long-term care patients while also supporting clinical oversight, care coordination, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with facility leadership.

These roles may include attending physician responsibilities, Facility Medical Director responsibilities, or a combination of both, depending on the location. Compensation varies by location and role structure, but physician opportunities are generally in the mid-$200Ks to mid-$300Ks.
Pay: $300,000.00 - $335,000.00 per year
