As a sales associate at aVaporWize, your job is all about delivering exceptional customer service! You'll use your extensive knowledge of vape and smoke-related products to assist customers in finding the perfect options for their needs. Whether it's helping them choose the right e-liquid flavor or explaining the features of different devices, you'll be their go-to expert. You'll also need to stay up-to-date with the latest vaping trends and regulations. Your friendly and approachable demeanor will create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring customers have a great experience from start to finish!
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays
- Process customer transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Assist with inventory management and replenishment
Experience:
- Previous experience in vape and smoke retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
