Sales Representative
Duties:
- Conduct sales activities to generate leads and drive revenue growth in WASTE INDUSTRY
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sales agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track and manage sales activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
Experience in selling contracts is required.
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a customer service-oriented role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Experience in business development and account management is desirable
- Familiarity with outside sales techniques and strategies
