We are excited to bring Paris Baguette to Alpharetta, GA, and we're looking to build an amazing team before our grand opening! We are seeking friendly and experienced Front-of-House (FOH) team members who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping spread joy in the community.

Paris Baguette is one of the fastest-growing neighborhood bakery cafés in the world, with a projected 1,000 cafés in the United States by 2030. As a franchise operator, we are thrilled to announce our upcoming Alpharetta location and are looking for passionate team members to join us as we prepare for opening day.

What We're Looking For
- MUST be passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Available to work opening or closing shifts, including Sundays (business hours are 6:00 AM–9:00 PM daily).
- Takes pride in being a brand ambassador.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
- High level of integrity and accountability.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Duties
- Check the quality of products on display and maintain proper product rotation.
- Prepare coffee and beverages to order.
- Refill and organize pastry and beverage displays.
- Support bakers and cake decorators with basic prep work, including fruit preparation, slicing baked goods, and simple decorating tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the café during business hours.
- Assist guests with menu questions, recommendations, and promotions.
- Operate the Toast POS system, including accurate cash and credit card transactions.
- Help guests with ordering decisions.
- Practice suggestive selling to enhance the guest experience and drive sales.
Experience
- Previous FOH experience required (barista, cashier, beverage maker, or similar customer-facing retail or café role).
- Knowledge of food safety and food handling practices.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Experience with Toast POS is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
