Job Summary:
Aviata Health Group, a leader in person-centered care, is seeking a qualified RN or LPN Supervisor to join our dynamic team on the 3p-11p shift in Lake Mary, Florida. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing patient care, supervising staff, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our residents. Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
- Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN or LPN.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
- You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
