We're looking for a dependable, motivated Line Cook who takes pride in preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. If you're passionate about cooking and eager to grow your culinary skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Set up and stock workstations before each shift.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and speed during lunch and dinner service.
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures are followed.
- Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Assist with prep work, inventory, and closing duties as needed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
- Experience with scratch cooking is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)
