We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Bilingual Sales Representative (English/Spanish) who can build relationships, generate leads, and guide pet owners through our services during difficult times.
Responsibilities
- Lead Management & Marketing Support
- Monitor and respond to leads from Yelp, Google Ads, website inquiries, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Additional Preferred Experience
- Experience handling leads from Yelp, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and website contact forms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, lead management, and appointment scheduling.
- Understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition funnels.
- Ability to respond quickly to inbound inquiries and convert leads into booked services.
- Contact new leads promptly through phone, text, email, and CRM follow-up.
- Track lead sources and maintain accurate records of all inquiries and conversions.
- Follow up with unconverted leads to maximize booking opportunities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team regarding lead quality, campaign performance, and customer feedback.
- Monitor online reviews and notify management of customer concerns or opportunities for engagement.
- Assist in achieving monthly lead response, appointment-setting, and sales conversion goals.
Qualifications/Required:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment if working remotely.
Preferred:
- Experience in pet care, veterinary services, funeral services, healthcare, or customer service.
- Lead generation and appointment-setting experience.
- Experience closing sales over the phone.
