The Junior Sales & Marketing Manager works directly inside retail environments where customer attention is earned in real time – through interaction, consistency, and strong presentation. Representing major clients in the food and beverage industry, the Junior Sales & Marketing Manager helps strengthen brand visibility, support customer engagement, and contribute directly to campaign growth across Atlanta.
This is a full-time, onsite role built around customer interaction, retail outreach, and learning how marketing and sales performance connect in fast-moving environments.
Responsibilities of the Junior Sales & Marketing Manager
- Represent client campaigns inside retail locations throughout the Atlanta market
- Speak directly with customers to introduce products, promotions, and current offers
- Support in-store marketing initiatives designed to improve overall brand visibility
- Help maintain a professional and consistent brand presence during customer interaction
- Track customer engagement, campaign activity, and daily sales performance
- Work with other Junior Sales & Marketing Manager team members to support outreach goals and retail execution
- Assist with promotional displays, event coordination, and retail marketing efforts tied to campaign performance
- Contribute ideas that help improve customer engagement and strengthen overall brand awareness
