New Manor Housing, in partnership with New Housing Ohio, is now hiring House Specialists for Liberty Manor, a 16-bed Residential Class 2 group home.
House Specialists provide essential daily care and support to adults with mental health needs, helping residents live safely, independently, and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and support to residents in a structured group home setting
- Monitor and document self-medication administration
- Assist with personal care services and daily living activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment
- Complete daily documentation, logs, and incident reports
- Assist with meals, housekeeping, and activities
- Promote life skills, independence, and positive behaviors
- Follow all Ohio Residential Class 2 licensure requirements and policies
Requirements:
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school graduate or G.E.D.
- Valid driver's license
