WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for an energetic, motivating, and reliable Part-Time Group Strength Coach who thrives in a team environment and genuinely loves helping others succeed.
This position is perfect for someone who loves coaching people of all fitness levels, brings positive energy into every room, and believes fitness is about much more than exercise.
Our ideal coach leads with confidence, communicates well, and creates an experience members can't wait to come back to.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coach high-energy, strength-based group fitness classes
- Deliver safe, effective coaching with proper exercise demonstrations and modifications
- Motivate members while creating an encouraging and inclusive atmosphere
- Learn and execute PWR programming as designed
- Build relationships with members and celebrate their progress
- Assist with member onboarding and provide exceptional customer service
- Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to lead every session
- Support facility cleanliness, organization, and overall member experience
- Collaborate with the coaching team to continuously improve
QUALIFICATIONS
- Personal Training or Group Fitness Certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, CF-L1, or equivalent preferred)
- CPR/AED Certified (or willing to obtain)
- Athletic background or coaching experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others
- Reliable, professional, and coachable
- Team-first mentality
SCHEDULE
We're specifically looking for availability for:
- Early mornings (5:00 AM-7:00 AM)
- Evenings (4:30 PM-6:30 PM)
- Rotating Saturday mornings
Flexibility is a must.
