This role is essential in helping customers with less-than-perfect credit secure financing solutions tailored to their needs. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping clients achieve their vehicle ownership goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Document Preparation: Print and organize all necessary paperwork for subprime financing deals promptly and accurately to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Funding Management: Oversee the funding process by collaborating with lenders and ensuring all required documents are completed and submitted on time.
- Quality Assurance: Verify the accuracy of all documents, including the spelling of names, addresses, and other critical information, to prevent errors and delays.
- Compliance: Ensure all documentation meets company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between lenders, sales teams, and customers to facilitate the financing process efficiently.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to paperwork or funding promptly.
- Organization: Maintain a well-organized and secure filing system for all financing documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with audit standards.
