Looking for an organized team player with Customer Service experience to provide support to the Property Manager in handling the day-to-day requirements of multiple associations. Training will be provided.
List of responsibilities:
- Create zoom meetings
- Attend Board meetings with Manager, prepare minutes.
- Liaison between the homeowners and the property manager
- Ensure items on the maintenance calendar are completed
- Follow up with vendors, request proposals, and schedule work
- Follow up with phone calls, emails, and faxes
- Reviewing/coding invoices
- Prepare and post notice/agenda
- Assist with community inspections
- Assist with Architectural requests to renovate individual units
- Answer general questions related to use restrictions
- Assist with rules and regulations compliance, and community websites
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Microsoft Excel experience
- Customer Service experience
- Takes initiative, is a self-starter
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail
- Maintains confidentiality of all residents, staff, and Association information
- Must be a team player
- Must keep property manager informed of issues requiring knowledge and action
