Uplift Advisor Group is seeking a Wireless Customer Sales Associate to join our Pittsburgh team. As part of our partnership with Verizon Fios, you'll help our customers unlock the power of Verizon. With plans starting at a great price and a price lock that keeps their rate stable, the Wireless Customer Sales Associate helps our customers upgrade their lives one sales conversation at a time.
As a Wireless Customer Sales Associate, you'll begin with training that builds your confidence in both the product and sales, because knowing Fios works is only half the battle, getting customers to believe it is the other half. The Wireless Customer Sales Associate works in person, greeting our customers with warmth and introducing them to fiber internet that keeps every device humming.
Responsibilities of the Wireless Customer Sales Associate
- Welcome customers and introduce Verizon Fios services based on their internet usage, streaming habits, and household needs.
- Learn customer preferences through meaningful sales conversations that create personalized sales opportunities.
- Assist with service enrollments, account maintenance, and plan selections while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Present Verizon Fios plans and sales promotions with confidence to help customers make informed decisions.
- Provide reliable follow-up and account support to strengthen customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Recommend service enhancements that improve customer connectivity while supporting sales growth.
Qualifications of the Wireless Customer Sales Associate
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Genuine passion in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Demonstrates an enthusiastic drive to exceed sales targets.
- Adjusts presentation styles seamlessly to maximize sales conversion rates.
- Maintains a professional demeanor that reflects brand integrity and drives sales trust.
Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
