Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their experience.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or catering events.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate serving food during banquets or catering functions, ensuring timely delivery.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously during peak hours.
- Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication.
- Assist in training new staff on beverage preparation techniques, POS operation, and customer service protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining quality service.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Experience in retail math for cash handling, tipping calculations, and inventory management is advantageous.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service within the food industry or hospitality sector.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage trends can be a plus for enhancing guest experiences.

Pay: $1.00 - $14.00 per hour
