Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. We are a concrete company that performs flat work projects in Central & North NJ. We are seeking someone that is familiar with concrete such as calculating Cubic Yards, Handicap Slopes, Finishes, Colored Concrete, Retaining Walls, Stairs and other related flat work.
Individual is expected to work in the office and on field throughout North/Central NJ.
Civil Engineering Degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Read Blueprints effectively
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Be familiar with safety on construction projects.
- Requests for Information
- Cost Estimating
- Compose Submittal Packages
- Order Materials
- Bilingual - Spanish & Portuguese is preferred
- Drive their own vehicle to job site
- Coordinating with inspectors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
