Duties
- Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimize product presentation and availability.
- Oversee sales activities, set sales targets, and implement strategies to meet or exceed goals.
- Monitor store performance through sales management tools and operational reports; adjust plans accordingly.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards while managing shift schedules and supervising staff.
Skills
- Proven experience in retail management with strong leadership capabilities in supervising teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and engage guests effectively.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic math for pricing and sales calculations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control, merchandising, and administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of retail industry sales techniques including upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette and guest servicing standards.
