Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective buyers through in-person visits, phone calls, and digital communication to showcase available properties and community features.
- Conduct property tours, highlighting key features and answering questions to foster enthusiasm and trust.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new leads, utilizing social media, local outreach, and networking opportunities.
- Negotiate terms of sale with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction while adhering to fair housing regulations and legal standards.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, property showings, and sales progress using organizational tools.
- Promote and represent the Ryder Homes' brand as Northern Nevada's highest-quality new home builder!
Requirements
- Active Nevada Real Estate Salesperson or Broker Salesperson license.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce, is a plus, but not required.
