JOB SUMMARY: This position consists primarily of the responsibilities involved between Billing,
Production, Shipping, and Traffic to ensure that orders are effectively processed for delivery.

PRIMARY DUTIES:-
Ensure that all information given to Branch 1701 Sales Coordinator is 100% accurate and up to date.
- Ensure that all loads are as close to 97-100% as is possible.

Confirm all approved order acknowledgements for delivery.

Maintain 5-Day Manifest Schedule on the board and in the computer – Long Hauls.

Review manifest for revisions or corrections.
-
Print Order Acknowledgements every hour or as often as needed.
-
Distribute all Manifests and Work Orders to the Shipping Supervisor

Distribute Customer Pickup Order Forms - Will Calls

Assist Branch Coordinator as needed.

Communicate with Branch 1701 via e-mail.
- Report all internal and external customer complaints by e-mail to the Branch Manager.

Assist the Traffic Manager as needed.
Has the authority to perform the following:

Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities related to product, process and/or the system.

Identify and/or record any problems relating to the product, process and the quality system:

Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels;
-
Verify the implementation of solutions;
-
Control further processing, delivery or installation of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
