About the Role
As an Assembler/Laminator, you will play a key role in the production process by bonding and laminating composite and metal components to meet strict engineering requirements. Your daily tasks will include interpreting technical blueprints, prepping necessary materials, utilizing adhesives, and ensuring components are precisely aligned and secured. You will also be responsible for verifying that finished products meet our quality standards, requiring a high level of manual precision and the ability to operate various tools effectively within our busy manufacturing facility.

Demonstrate proficiency in accurately reading a tape measure.

Contribute to our output by effectively performing assembly and lamination tasks within the designated department.

Help maintain operational flow by standing and lifting materials weighing up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.

Ensure high-quality results by strictly adhering to established production guidelines and instructions.
Schedule
This position operates from 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday.
