Santorinis is a fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant dedicated to delivering fresh, flavorful, and authentic dishes. Our Sandy location is the hub for our operations, but our crew members primarily work at major sports venues like the Delta Center and America First Field, home to the Utah Jazz, Real Salt Lake, Utah Hockey Club, and Utah Royals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Event Support:** Your primary role will be operating food stalls and kiosks at the Delta Center and America First Field during events. Responsibilities include setting up, serving, breaking down after events, and ensuring all food meets Santorinis' quality standards.
- **Food Preparation:** Assist with food preparation at the Sandy location to ensure all items are ready for events, maintaining Santorinis' high standards of freshness and flavor.
- **Customer Service:** Deliver exceptional service at the arenas by taking orders, answering menu questions, and ensuring a positive dining experience for event-goers.
- **Cleanliness:** Maintain cleanliness and organization at event locations, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other crew members and management to ensure smooth operations during events and in-store prep.
- **Cash Handling:** Accurately process customer payments at event venues, manage cash registers, and ensure proper accounting of all transactions.
- **Inventory Management:** Assist in tracking inventory levels at both the Sandy location and event venues, ensuring supplies are always stocked for operations.
- **Flexibility:** Be ready to take on various roles as needed, including food prep, serving, cashiering, and event setup.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a fast-casual or event-based setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments, particularly during high-energy sports events.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days.
- Reliable transportation to travel between the Sandy location and event venues.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
