- Staff management:
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise administrative and clinical support staff.
- Create work schedules for the entire team.
- Conduct employee evaluations and manage performance issues.
- Financial management:
- Oversee billing, accounts receivable, and payment collection.
- Process insurance claims and communicate with insurance companies.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration.
- Develop and manage the practice's budget.
- Patient and administrative coordination:
