ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain a fast-paced dining flow by acting as the main link between kitchen staff and servers.
Coordinate Orders: Relay modifications between servers and kitchen staff seamlessly.
Quality Check: Verify plating, garnishes, accuracy, and special dietary requests.
Reset Tables: Clear dishes, wipe tables, and reset seating quickly.
Support Guests: Refill waters, deliver condiments, and assist waitstaff responsively.
Maintain Facilities: Stock service stations, restock restrooms, and handle general cleaning.
Requirements
Reliability: Consistent, punctual attendance for all scheduled shifts.
Composure: Ability to stay calm and efficient during peak rushes.
Safety: Strict adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations.
Job Requirements
Experience: High school diploma (or equivalent) and 1+ years of restaurant experience preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, prioritization, attention to detail, and friendly customer service.
Reliability: Consistent, punctual attendance and a calm demeanor during busy rushes.
Safety: Strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hazard regulations.
Schedule: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Demands
Stamina: Ability to stand and walk briskly for an entire shift.
Mobility: Frequent bending, stretching, reaching, crouching, and navigating stairs.
Lifting: Ability to lift trays, plates, and supplies weighing up to 30 pounds.
Environment: Capability to work safely in small spaces and on potentially slippery floors.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
$17.00+ based on experience plus tips
