Position: Human Resources Generalist
Reporting to: HR Manager
Responsibilities:
- Employee Processing and Profile Documentation
- Pre-Employment Screening
- Onboarding / Orientation
- Disciplinary Documentation Preparation and Filing
- Benefits Management: Enrollment & Employee Assistance
- Unemployment Compensation Management
- Auditing Active Employee Information
- I9 Management
- Assisting with Payroll Processing
- Monitoring Employees Time-off
- Tracking Birthdays and Anniversaries
- Projects and Miscellaneous Tasks as needed by HR Team
Education Requirements: Associates Degree or Equivalent in Experience
Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years Human Resource experience
Salary Range: Based on education and experience

Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
