We are building our founding team now — before we open our doors.
Serenity View is a 16-resident boutique assisted living and memory care community in Fort Worth, Texas. Physician-founded, physician-led, and intentionally small. We did not choose 16 residents because it was the easiest number to operate. We chose it because it is the number at which exceptional care is actually possible.
If you are a caregiver who has spent years in settings where you knew more care was possible but the structure would not allow it — this is the place you have been looking for. We are actively hiring for THREE distinctly different caregiving roles. Be sure to read the full posting to identify which role(s) you qualify for and would like to actively pursue.
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Serenity View, caregivers are called Resident Associates. Your credentials determine which of our three roles you qualify for. Many applicants will qualify for more than one — we will have that conversation with you directly.
RESIDENT CARE ASSOCIATE (RCA) — Core Caregiving Role
Requires: Active CNA certification | Pay: $17.50 starting — up to $20.00 at 90 days
The RCA is the constant presence in a resident's day. You know their routine, notice the small changes, and ensure every interaction reflects the dignity and warmth this home is built around.
- Provide skilled ADL support — bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting
- Follow individualized care plans with precision and genuine attention
- Observe and document changes in resident condition accurately and factually
- Support structured daily programming for cognitive and physical vitality
- Communicate proactively with the clinical team and leadership
- Maintain the environment to Serenity View's standards at all times
RESIDENT MEDICATION ASSOCIATE (RMA) — Medication Administration Role
Requires: Active CMA certification | Pay: $18.50 starting — up to $21.50 at 90 days
The RMA carries all RCA responsibilities plus the clinical accountability of medication administration.
- All RCA responsibilities, performed at the same standard
- Administer medications accurately per physician orders
- Maintain the Medication Administration Record with precision — no gaps, no shortcuts
- Identify and communicate medication-related changes in resident condition immediately
- Follow safe medication handling, storage, and disposal protocols without exception
RESIDENT CARE CONCIERGE (RCC) — Lead Shift Support and Family-Facing Coordination
Requires: Active CMA with supervisory or senior care experience | Pay: $22.00 starting — up to $25.00 at 90 days
The RCC is Dr. Akram's clinical right arm on the floor — the standard-setter, the team anchor, and the first voice families hear when they have a concern.
- All RCA and RMA responsibilities, performed at the highest level
- Set the tone and standard for the caregiving team every shift
- Provide calm, clear direction to team members in situations requiring immediate response
- Serve as the primary point of contact for families — warm, honest, and reassuring
- Manage supply inventory, environmental standards, and shift operational rhythm
- Identify and communicate concerns before they become problems
WHO YOU ARE
Credentials get you to the conversation. Character determines whether you belong here.

- You can be trusted completely — with medications, keys, family information, and the reputation of this home.
- You notice things — changes in residents, supplies running low, a family member who needs someone to stop and ask.
- You are steady under pressure — you do not panic, you bring calm into the room.
- You are coachable — Dr. Akram gives direct, specific feedback and you welcome it.
- You are genuinely warm — not performed warmth, the real kind that shows up without being asked.

WORKING WITH DR. TAS AKRAM
Dr. Akram built this community because she believes there is a better way to care for people in the in-between — where quality of life is still very real and what a person eats, how they sleep, and who cares for them still shapes their outcomes.
She is present. She is specific. She will give you direct, detailed feedback. She will also know your name, know your residents, and invest in your development. This is not a community where caregivers are invisible.
