Sales Manager Responsibilities:

Responsible for the total sales activity of the hotels / executing sales and marketing strategies.

Plan and implement ongoing action plans and sales activity/strategies.

Maintain existing accounts and securing new accounts.

Collaborate with GMs to Develop and Maintain Marketing plan and Sales budget.

Participates in Revenue Management meetings /strategies using brand system and industry-driven sales tools

Coordinate group, transient, and Negotiated Rates to maximize revenues and profits
Sales Manager Qualifications:
-
Minimum 1-2 years in a hotel sales management role

Strong financial acumen, Business planning, forecasting, sales budget

Hands-on and ownership mentality

Computer skills, Systems, spreadsheets, organization skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills - articulate

High energy and positive demeanor with strong networking impetus
