Join Lake Lawn Resort as a Set-Up Attendant and help bring events to life. In this hands-on role, you’ll set up and break down meeting rooms, banquet spaces, and special events—ensuring everything is ready, organized, and guest-ready.

What You’ll Do

Set up and break down meeting rooms, banquet spaces, and event areas
-
Arrange tables, chairs, risers, and equipment according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
-
Skirt tables and prepare rooms to established standards
-
Reset rooms between events and ensure readiness for upcoming functions
-
Move equipment, furniture, portable dividers, and event materials as needed
-
Maintain cleanliness of banquet rooms, storage areas, and public spaces

Stock supplies and ensure rooms are fully prepared for events

Assist banquet staff during events when needed

Report maintenance or equipment issues to leadership

Occasionally operate company vehicles or golf carts
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For

Previous event setup, banquet, or hospitality experience preferred, but not required

Valid driver’s license preferred

Ability to work early mornings and flexible schedules

Strong work ethic and ability to stay active throughout the shift

Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Ability to follow directions and work efficiently under time constraints
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Frequent lifting, pushing, and moving equipment

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
