JR All Star Cleaning Services is expanding! We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our growing subcontractor team. If you take pride in your work, value flexibility, and have experience in residential or commercial cleaning — we want to hear from you.
About the Role:
As a Cleaning Technician (Independent Subcontractor), you’ll handle cleaning projects in homes, offices, and commercial spaces throughout the Charlotte Area. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards, ensuring client satisfaction, and representing JR All Star Cleaning Services with professionalism.
Duties Include:
- Perform standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and handle general surface cleaning
- Maintain professionalism and communicate effectively with clients and management
- Provide your own cleaning supplies and transportation
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or janitorial)
- Must have general liability insurance
- Must have reliable transportation and cleaning supplies
- Flexible availability (weekday and weekend shifts available)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must be authorized to work as an independent contractor (1099 status)
- Mobile phone for photos or videos
Pay:
Competitive subcontract rates — pay per job or project (based on size and type of cleaning).
Compensation discussed during onboarding.
