Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver, set up, and pick up portable restrooms, restroom trailers, hand wash stations, and related equipment
- Service units on scheduled routes (cleaning, pumping, restocking supplies, and sanitizing)
- Perform septic pumping services for residential, commercial, and industrial customers
- Assist with potable water delivery and tank fills when needed
- Ensure all units are clean, fully stocked, and meet Amplify quality standards before and after service
Operations & Logistics:
- Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently while maintaining service timelines
- Communicate with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or customer needs
- Properly document services, unit numbers, and any issues in service software or logs
- Safely operate service trucks, pump systems, and related equipment
Equipment & Maintenance:
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections on trucks and equipment
- Identify and report maintenance or repair needs for units and vehicles
- Assist with minor repairs or adjustments in the field when needed
Customer Interaction:
- Provide professional, friendly service on-site with customers
- Address basic service questions and relay customer requests back to the office
- Represent Amplify with a high level of professionalism at all times
Safety & Compliance:
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Use proper PPE when servicing units and handling waste
- Comply with DOT regulations and safe driving practices
Team & Yard Support:
- Assist in the yard with loading/unloading units and preparing equipment for upcoming jobs
- Support team members during large events, emergency service needs, or high-demand periods
Overtime hours available!
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
