We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair of various systems. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Fabricate and repair components as necessary to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic appeal and protect surfaces.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with other team members to address maintenance requests promptly.
- Maintaining a clean and organized production and storage facility
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.
Skills
- Proficient in facilities maintenance with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
- Ability to fabricate parts or components as needed for repairs or improvements.
- Strong electrical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems.
- Excellent leadership skills to guide team efforts in maintenance tasks.
