Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent)
- Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start date
- Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of your start date
- Full licensing support and onboarding assistance are provided
What You'll Do
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers
- Conduct needs-based sales conversations to identify customer risks and coverage needs
- Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products
- Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into written business
- Develop relationships that drive referrals, retention, and long-term growth
- Track sales activity and maintain accurate customer records
- Meet and exceed monthly production goals
- Maintain compliance with agency procedures and insurance regulations
