The Pricing Coordinator will be critical in the overall maintenance of item purchase prices in Imperial Brady’s systems within the fast-paced purchasing team. The coordinator will collaborate with the purchasing team and suppliers on gathering the appropriate item and location-level pricing required, in formatting spreadsheets, and analyzing price changes; ultimately executing the changes directly into the system.
Full-Time Salary: Up to $65,000 per year + bonus
Schedule: Monday through Friday: 8AM to 5PM
You will:
- Help lead the company’s purchase pricing update process, with the focus on maintenance of current supplier prices along with the tracking and execution of future supplier price changes
- Fulfill assigned supplier price changes within specific monthly deadlines
- Detect and correct pricing errors identified through detailed analysis
- Support the department and senior management with price change analysis reports and executing price change requests.
- Communicate upcoming price changes to the purchasing team and other internal parties.
- Develop relationships with suppliers and become an integral contact person on behalf of the company.
- Partner with buyers, suppliers, and accounting on resolving pricing-related matters.
You have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline preferred.
- 2 years of purchasing, inventory management, and or supply chain-related experience preferred.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel - VLookups, data sourcing, formatting, pivots, nested if statements, etc.
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask, prioritize, and have a sense of urgency to follow up on open issues and drive toward closure.
- The ability to build effective relationships with our purchasing team, source suppliers/vendors, and other business partners.
- Strong math skills and the ability to think quickly and use logic to solve problems thoroughly and efficiently.
- Working directly with vendors regarding pricing or similar subjects is highly preferred.
