Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work safely and efficiently.
Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including furnaces, air conditioning units, heat pumps, and ductwork.
- Conduct property maintenance tasks, including cleaning and inspecting HVAC systems, and performing routine checks to prevent breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, and perform repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with other technicians and support staff to ensure efficient and safe completion of projects.
- Operate a van to transport equipment and tools to job sites.
- Develop and implement design and installation plans to ensure that HVAC systems meet customer needs and are installed according to industry standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including communicating effectively with clients and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with HVAC systems.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently, with a focus on property maintenance and repair.
- Experience with air conditioning systems and repair.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and the ability to operate a van.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.58 - $28.00 per hour

Experience:
- HVAC: 2 years (Preferred)
