Primary Duties
- Embrace the Anytime Fitness brand among club members, prospective members, and company staff.
- Engage prospect leads over phone, text, and email; build best sales practices and follow up with leads as required.
- Ensure members adhere to franchise policies; approach any member situation professionally and in a timely manner.
- Handle membership billing accounts within the club software.
- Provide a friendly, approachable experience to members and prospects.
- Maintain a high standard of club cleanliness; routinely clean the club as part of daily responsibilities.
- Use a laptop/desktop and programs such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Outlook, and club management software.
Qualifications
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented
- Comfortable engaging leads via phone, text, and email and following up on sales opportunities
- Professional and timely when handling member situations and enforcing club policies
- Comfortable using a laptop/desktop with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Outlook, and club management software
- Able to handle membership billing accounts accurately
- Willing to maintain club cleanliness as part of daily responsibilities
- Health-conscious and enthusiastic about the Anytime Fitness brand
- Available for weekday shifts, no more than 26 hours per week
