American Traveler is hiring a travel LPN with 2+ years of experience and active ACLS/BLS for a Swing Bed/Skilled Nursing Unit night shift position in Warsaw, IN.

Located in Warsaw, IN at a community hospital

Swing Bed Unit (Skilled Nursing Unit) with 10 beds
-
Patient ratio of 1:10
-
Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, with every third weekend worked on the same schedule
-
No on-call requirements
-
No floating required to other units
-
Block scheduling is available as an option
-
Uses Cerner EMR
-
13-week contract
-
Active LPN/LVN license required (license required if applicable)

Minimum 2 years of LPN experience required
-
Current ACLS and BLS certifications required (must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start)

SNF experience preferred but not required
-
Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not accepted

Valid driver's license required for consideration

No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Blue scrubs required

Holiday rotation coverage is expected

RTO requests must be less than 1 week for the duration of the assignment

Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible for this position
