Job Responsibilities:
- Load and unload products onto testing racks and set up equipment per the testing technician's instructions.
- Identify and remove defective or damaged equipment and report issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Support production logistics — material preparation, assembly, labeling, packing, and inventory movement — and prepare finished products for shipment or storage.
- Keep workstations, equipment, and production areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and production schedules.
- Willing to work overtime or weekends when business needs require.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50lbs, using proper technique or equipment.
- Ability to safely handle production materials and equipment.
Hour: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, Full-Time
Work period: now to 10/31/2026.
