Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Working Shop Foreman to join our team at our Cleveland Truck Sales, in Cleveland, OH. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively communicating service needs and managing repair orders. Your contributions will directly support our mission of providing exceptional truck services.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and assess their service needs.
- Greet customers and assist them with their truck repair needs.
- Answer customer phone calls, wait on walk in customers.
- Repair trucks, be a leader in the shop, and assist technicians with repairs.
- Maintain a good customer relationship by treating customers with kindness and respect.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.
- Process transactions efficiently using the Karmak Fusion system.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on products and services.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Service Writer or in a similar role within an automotive dealership.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
