Unmanned Systems Acquisition Program Manager/Analyst – USCG Robotics & Autonomous Systems

Overview:
Arete Consulting is seeking an Acquisition Program Manager/Analyst to support the U.S. Coast Guard’s Robotics and Autonomous Systems (RAS) Program Executive Office. This is a unique opportunity to help build a pioneering unmanned systems program from the ground up, shaping the future of maritime, air, and subsurface operations.
Responsibilities:
· Provide acquisition and program management support to the Program Executive Office to include but not limited to developing, updating, and maintaining acquisition documents and processes.
· Execute and delegate subject matter taskings with or to a multi-disciplinary team.
· Develop and deliver high-impact presentations for DHS, Congressional, and GAO briefings.
· Coordinate and track program tasks using USCG systems (DCARS, TMS).
· Support budget submissions, risk analysis, and performance reporting.
· Assist in acquisition documentation and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
· U.S. Citizenship and active TS/SCI clearance.
· Experience with Unmanned Systems & Autonomous Systems
· 5+ years of program management experience, preferably in federal or defense sectors.
· 5+ years of government acquisition experience.
· Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Bachelor's degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
