Power BI Data Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role includes transforming and analyzing data from multiple sources to provide clear insights into project performance, financial metrics, and operational trends. Responsibilities also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize reporting processes and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Responsibilities

- Build, monitor, and maintain Power BI dashboards integrating data from Viewpoint Vista.
- Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards that deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders.
- Connect and integrate data from multiple systems into Power BI.
- Monitor dashboard performance and data accuracy; implement improvements as needed.
- Troubleshoot issues related to data connectivity, data quality, and dashboard performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation for dashboard designs, data sources, and integration processes.
- Provide training and support to end users on effective use of Power BI dashboards.
- Develop additional dashboards and database integrations as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with SQL cloud databases.
- Familiarity with Viewpoint Vista or similar construction project management software.
