Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Cashier and Kitchen Helper. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, process transactions accurately at the cash register, and handle payments efficiently.
- Assist in food preparation, including slicing, chopping, and assembling ingredients following recipe adherence and food safety guidelines.
- Support kitchen staff with meal assembly, portioning, and maintaining cleanliness during food production.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives, slicers, ovens, and other culinary tools.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by cleaning surfaces, utensils, and equipment regularly in accordance with safety standards in production.
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold food safety management practices.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service.
Skills
- Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of menu planning, food preparation techniques, and cooking methods.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards in the food industry and restaurant environments.
- Proficiency in operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Excellent knife skills with slicing technique expertise for efficient ingredient prep.
- Ability to follow recipes precisely while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff and team members.

Pay: $13.00 - $27.65 per hour
