The Front Desk Attendant provides exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, and staff while serving as the first point of contact for those entering the facility. This individual assists with general inquiries, supports daily facility operations, and performs a variety of administrative and light housekeeping duties to help maintain a welcoming, safe, and organized environment.
Qualification Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.
· High School Diploma.
· CPR/AED certification
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to lift or move items that are at between 50-100 pounds
· Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently
· Ability to work under pressure and meet set deadlines
· Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
· Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To include the following and other duties that may be assigned.
· Open or close Life Center building
· Unlock areas being used during shift
· Greet guests upon arrival
· Receive and process payments for rentals
· Check in guests
· Check player waivers are completed
· Set up nets, baskets, curtains on courts/turf
· Break down bleachers, chairs, scoreboard clocks
· Start clock
· Set up/breakdown event rooms
· Assist with event set-up/break down
· Answer questions about facility and events on campus
· Inform director of any broken or damaged equipment
· Light cleaning duties (vacuuming, cleaning windows, trash collection)
· Record any incidents that occurred during shift
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15.0 per week
