Position Overview
We are seeking a polished, professional Restaurant Manager with a calm, confident leadership style and a deep passion for hospitality. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the poise and standards of a 3-star dining experience.
You’ll play a key role in leading daily operations, developing front-of-house staff to the highest standards, and helping shape the future of the brand. This position offers strong growth potential for someone ready to take the next step in their career.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day front-of-house operations in a high-volume, full-service environment
- Train, mentor, and elevate staff with a strong focus on fine dining-level service standards
- Create a calm, controlled, and professional atmosphere during all service periods
- Drive exceptional guest experiences and handle guest relations with confidence and care
- Support scheduling, labor management, and operational efficiency
- Assist in maintaining cost controls including labor, beverage, and inventory
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
- Collaborate with ownership on events, promotions, and brand growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership presence with a composed, solutions-oriented mindset
- Proven experience training and developing high-performing front-of-house teams
- Background in high-volume restaurants with elevated service standards preferred
- Deep understanding of hospitality, guest experience, and team culture
- Financial awareness including labor and cost controls
- Ability to lead by example and hold teams accountable while maintaining morale
- Passion for craft cocktails, food, and creating memorable guest experiences

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager, or similar leadership role
